Jeremy’s career began at an early age, attending four years of technical school during high school where he specialized in Information Systems, and earned multiple IT certifications before the age of 18. He then founded and operated a local brick-and-mortar computer store in Keizer, Oregon, where he thrived for over a decade. After selling that business, Jeremy joined a local MSP, where he spent 3 years continuing to grow his skills, also securing advanced cybersecurity certifications. Now, he has launched Arbor IT to fulfill his vision of client-focused IT solutions grounded in his extensive industry experience.

Tim brings more than 35 years of customer service expertise, positioning him as a skilled relationship builder. He began his career in the restaurant industry, where he merged his passion for cooking with outstanding customer service. Later, Tim transitioned to the IT sector, gaining over 5 years of experience working at an MSP. He's a devoted family man with a wife and three children, and his love for people, hiking, and nature inspired him to establish Arbor IT.
